1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account with, or placing any bet or wager on the guccibet platform (accessible at guccibet.win and any associated domains or mobile interfaces), you ("the User," "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the guccibet Privacy Policy and any product-specific rules that may apply to particular games or promotions.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the guccibet platform and close any account you may have opened. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To open and maintain a guccibet account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, and trusts are not eligible to hold guccibet accounts.

• You must successfully complete the KYC identity verification process before any withdrawal request can be processed. guccibet reserves the right to request additional supporting documents at any stage.

guccibet operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Opening or operating more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is a breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your guccibet login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or permit any other person to access your account. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify guccibet's customer support team immediately via Live Chat, WhatsApp, or email. guccibet will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

You must keep your registered contact details, including email address and Malaysian phone number, current and accurate at all times. guccibet uses your registered contact details for account verification, transaction notifications, and responsible gaming communications.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All funds held in your guccibet account wallet are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank FPX, CIMB, Public Bank, and other methods listed in your account settings. Accepted methods may change from time to time without prior notice.
• Minimum deposit amounts are as displayed within your account at the time of transaction. guccibet does not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may impose its own charges.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same verified name as your guccibet account. Third-party withdrawals — including to accounts belonging to another person — are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal processing times are estimated and not guaranteed. Standard processing is completed within 24 hours; actual transfer times depend on the receiving financial institution or e-wallet provider.
• guccibet reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or confirmation of compliance with applicable bonus wagering requirements.
• Deposits made to your guccibet account are not held in trust and do not accrue interest. They represent a balance available for wagering purposes only.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on guccibet are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any product-specific rules applicable to individual games or sports markets:

• A bet is accepted only when guccibet's system returns a confirmed bet reference number. Bets that have not received a confirmation reference are not valid and will not be honoured.
• guccibet reserves the right to void, cancel, or adjust any bet placed as a result of a manifest pricing error, system fault, or obvious mistake — whether or not the bet has been confirmed.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or any mechanical or electronic device designed to place bets or gain an unfair advantage over other players or guccibet is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be engaging in such activity will be permanently suspended.
• Live in-play betting markets are subject to periodic suspension during significant match events. guccibet is not liable for bets that cannot be placed during such suspension periods.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical equipment operated in certified studios. guccibet does not control or influence game outcomes.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

guccibet may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other incentives to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying games are stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are credited to your guccibet account in MYR and are subject to expiry. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• guccibet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are offered at guccibet's sole discretion and may not be available to all players.
• The use of more than one account to claim a single promotion, or any other form of bonus abuse, constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and potential account termination.
• Employees, agents, and contractors of guccibet are not eligible to participate in any promotions.

7. Responsible Gaming

guccibet is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help players manage their gaming activity. In accordance with the requirements of our international gaming authority licence, guccibet provides the following responsible gaming features to all account holders:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps configurable from account settings.
• Loss limits: Maximum net loss thresholds over a defined period.
• Session time limits: Alerts triggered after a player-defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, activatable immediately.
• Self-exclusion: Permanent account closure with a minimum exclusion period, during which the account cannot be reactivated.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the guccibet platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, and game assets — is the property of guccibet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the guccibet platform without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, guccibet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption. guccibet's total cumulative liability to you arising from any claim related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your guccibet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

guccibet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of services.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

guccibet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of time.
• Operation of duplicate accounts.
• Use of prohibited software or betting strategies.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes filed against guccibet by the account holder.

Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account — including bonus funds and pending withdrawals — may be forfeited at guccibet's discretion. Any balance remaining in accounts closed at the player's own request (voluntary closure) will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which guccibet holds its international gaming authority licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be referred to the dispute resolution process established by our licensing authority. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction of residence.

12. Changes to These Terms

guccibet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file and/or by prominent notice on the guccibet platform. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
